We are excited to announce that Bar None Entertainment will be producing its tenth stand-up comedy show on Saturday, September 27th, at the Grand Opera House in Wilmington, DE. Chicago native and comedy veteran Damon Williams will make a return to Delaware for one night only, marking his first performance in the state since 2022 at the Delaware Art Museum, where he captivated the audience with his phenomenal performance.
With over 30 years of experience as a successful stand-up comedian, Damon is well-known for his numerous appearances on BET's "Comic View," where he was a regular performer for nearly two decades. His success continued as he hosted several episodes of "Showtime at The Apollo" in the '90s and toured the country as the opening act for the "Original Kings of Comedy," sharing the stage with renowned comedians such as Steve Harvey, Cedric The Entertainer, D.L. Hughley, and the late Bernie Mac. Additionally, Damon has served as a co-host on the nationally syndicated Tom Joyner Morning Show. He has made appearances on Comedy Central, "Bad Boys of Comedy," "First Amendment Stand Up," "Laffapalooza," the Urban Flix Network, and Netflix's "Sommores: All the Queens Men" stand-up comedy showcase.
