This is an annual tradition that has been coordinated by club member Jack Bellmer for the past 25 years! Uncle Jack has decided to turn the ropes over and now we have Aunt Nancy Ferguson taking the reigns this year. This is always a great time for kids & parents. What better way to share our love of running!
Yoga mat crawl for any athletes under 1. 50 meter trot for those 3 and under. Then 400 meters (1 lap), 100 meters and 200 meters.
