When it’s time to let go, what if it doesn’t need to be hard? We might have habitual tension in our bodies or our minds may be used to certain patterns of thought… and then a moment comes when we become aware and perhaps desire to release ourselves from what no longer supports or nourishes us.
But what if we don’t make a project of it? What if a simple call to relax is enough? Let’s explore on the dance floor this Sunday.
