Marcella Kanfer Rolnick and Mark Smucker are top executives at GOJO Industries, Inc., and The J.M. Smucker Company, respectively. In this conversation, GOJO and Smucker will serve as two case study companies that have survived and thrived for decades — GOJO since 1946 and Smucker since 1897.
