Our TENTH time hosting Mikron Theatre for a glorious summer outdoor performance at the cricket pavilion. This year the theme is the glorious British seaside with 'Operation Beach Hut'.
Always hugely entertaining with laughter, songs, music and a great story.
When Holly arrives in the quaint seaside town of Fiddling-On-Sea, she expects a quiet break from the din of the big city. However, she soon finds herself plunged into a whole new world of coastal chaos. ‘Fiddling-On-Sea’s Best Beach Hut Competition’ is in full swing, and the summer heat is rising…
As the competition deadline draws closer, the deep history of the seaside floats to the surface, washing up a host of characters and stories from centuries gone by. It doesn’t take Holly long to realise there is far more at stake than just a prize for best beach hut.
Barbecue and tea / cakes available (in aid of the Sports and Social Club) and BYO picnics also welome. Bring comfy camping chairs, if you'd like to, and dress for the weather. We'll be outside unless there's an absolute downpour!
No tickets needed before the event. Donations will be collected after the performance.
