Adult ADHD Face to Face Support Group

This support group is for adults with ADHD to come and offer peer to peer support and guidance to each other. This event is free of charge and no diagnosis is needed to attend. This is a safe place to discuss the everyday struggles (and positives!) of living with ADHD.
