Adaptive & Chair Yoga

Join us every Tuesday at 1 PM at the Bayou Blue Recreation Center for a free Adaptive & Chair Yoga class. Guided by Brandy from F.E.N.I.X. Yoga, these sessions use props and mindful instruction to help you sync body and breath in a welcoming, supportive environment. Perfect for all levels and abilities—come enjoy a relaxing wellness hour with your community. Donations are appreciated but not required.
