Pop-up Sound DRUM Circle in the Park | Play Beneath the Tree

A spontaneous drum circle on a beautiful Friday evening!

Drum circle helps us connect through rhythm and is a place for deep listening, authentic expression and shared joy—no drumming experience necessary. The circle will be facilitated to help us elevate through different phases of the evening with plenty of room for individual creativity and exploration and maybe even dance! With respect and gratitude, we’ll open and close the circle in a way inspired by Native American traditions—invoking the seven directions to honor the sacred space and all of life.

We’ll gather on the west side of the park, just past the tree line and disc golf area, near the large open field and the solitary tree.

Location: Starr Jaycee Park — 13 Mile Rd, just east of Crooks, south side of 13 Mile Rd

Suggested Donation $10-20. All are welcome.

What to Bring:
An instrument or use one from the circle. Something to sit on if you wish (chair, blanket, towel), water, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable outdoors.
