Class for those who have worked with ROPES regularly and are experienced in inverting.
This is taking our general ROPES & chair workshop to a DEEPER level.
Using 2 Key Yoga Props - The Rope Wall & The Yoga Chair to intensify and awaken our awareness of traditional yoga postures.
We will work on STANDINGS, TWISTS, BACKBENDS, INVERSIONS and FORWARD BENDS with a nice RELAXATION segment at the end...........the plan is to build up to 'drop backs' in backbends though we will have alternates.
Once your body has opened up yuo will be surprosed what it can do!
You will leave feeling taller, more open, be able to breathe better and have an incredible sense of calm from releasing tension from 'every' part of your body.
The class will finish with s CLASSICAL RESTORATIVE section lastin 20/30 mins
