Hunger Strike commemoration Glasgow

The Glasgow National Hunger Strike Commemoration 2025 is scheduled to take place this year, with the following details:

- ⁠date Saturday 2nd August
- ⁠time 130pm for 2pm
- *Route*: Through the South Side to Queen's Park Recreation Ground

- *Event Details*:
- Flute bands will be in attendance
- Prominent guest speakers will be present
- *Volunteer Opportunities*:
- Stewards needed to help with the event
- Individuals wanted to carry pictures of the hunger strikers at the front of the parade
- Dress code for picture carriers: black trousers or skirt, white shirt, and black tie

- *Post-Event Function*:
- Location: 32 Counties Bar
- Music by Connor Kelly and special guests
- Entry donations: £5 at the door
