Join us for a full day of deeply nourishing practices, authentic connection & delicious food to fill your own cup! Take some time to hit pause, to drop into yourself, and connect with a beautiful community of mothers as we nourish ourselves, uplift each other, and expand together. The day will incorporate a number of healing practices, including yoga, somatic movement, meditation, breath workshop, self-inquiry, sacred circle, countryside walk, delicious Mediterranean food, and SO much more! So much growth and healing happens when we offer ourselves a sacred pocket of time & space to slow down, connect, reflect, & nourish our nervous system. This day is open to mothers at any stage of motherhood (you may have a baby, toddler, young children, teenager, or older children!) As a mother of 2 young girls, therapist & yoga teacher, I'm passionate about creating authentic, healing spaces for mothers to come together. See below for full details!
