It’s vital that every Cub Scout unit is represented so we can plan effectively for the 2025 program year. Inviting new families is key to growing Scouting, especially in the fall when most youth join. Strong membership depends on welcoming new families and reaching fresh audiences—and the New Member Coordinator plays a central role in making both happen.
