Join us for an evening of live jazz in one of the city’s most inspiring spaces! Jazz Night brings together acclaimed local musicians and a thoughtfully curated setlist, all set against the backdrop of the Museum’s collections and exhibitions. Thursday, July 31st we are welcoming legendary Birmingham trumpeter, Daniel “José” Carr, and his band. Carr was inducted into the Alabama Jazz Hall of Fame in 2015.
Wander the galleries after hours, enjoy a drink from the bar, and experience the unique atmosphere of art and music. Whether you’re here for the jazz, the art, or both, it’s a night that invites you to slow down and take it all in. We hope to see you there!
Doors Open at 5pm, Performance from 5:30–7:30pm
This event is SOLD OUT.
Seating for Jazz Night is limited and available on a first-come,-first-serve basis. We will also have limited standing-room only spots allocated.
