🌿 Open Masterclass in Toronto
Authentic Movement SOLO: A Resourcing Practice
Join us for an evening introduction to Authentic Movement Solo — an innovative body-based method that helps you:
✨ find inner resources, even in challenging times
✨ restore balance and clarity
✨ spark creativity and imagination
✨ recognize and choose your own strategies
✨ gently tend to and heal relationships
This is a somatic and relational practice that cultivates sensitivity — to yourself, to others, and to the world around you.
📍 Where: a park near Kew Gardens, Toronto
🕖 When: We meet every Tuesday at 7:00 PM
👣 Format: open-air masterclass
👤 Facilitator: Olesya Bondareva — author of the method, facilitator, artist, and researcher
What to expect:
— a guided SOLO session (eyes-closed, mindful movement)
— witnessing and shared presence
— a conversation about the method and its potential
— and simply a good evening in nature with like-hearted people
What to bring:
A mat or blanket, comfortable clothes, water. Feel free to bring something tasty — we’ll have a small picnic afterwards.
🌞 Please DM if you plan to attend — it helps us prepare.
Open to everyone — no prior experience needed.
⏳ Plan for 2–3 hours.
If you need to leave earlier, no problem — we’ll wrap up with a conversation.
By donation.
