Smokey Saturdays featuring Gabi Forman

Gabi Forman is a multi award winning 18 year old Snowy Mountains singer/songwriter/multi instrumentalist with a distinctive emotive voice and huge vocal range. She released her original EP I Feel You in the folk/Indi genre on CD and on all streaming platforms in November 2024. She is a CMAA Junior Academy Country Music grad and Illawarra Folk Festival Youth Traditions scholarship recipient. She was 3rd in the Open division of the ANBC national grand final in 2024 and was featured at Tamworth Country Music Festival 2025. Gabi and her talented fiddlers Justin and Filip (The K Brothers) , are regular Australian National Busking Champs prizewinners They all perform solo and in duos and are the heart of Snowy Mountains Folk which can add a band backup to gigs.

SMOKEY SATURDAYS are free entry music sessions held in the Smokey Dan’s courtyard every Saturday from 12-3pm. These unique events feature some of the best performers from the local area and beyond. Experience an amazing variety of music performed by solo artists, duos, and bands from a broad range of genres including rock, pop, blues, folk, country and more. While you listen enjoy a delicious meal from Smokey Dan’s incredible menu.
