SaTOURday Führung: Kunst im Lichthof. What ist behind that curtain

Im Rententurm zeigt das Historische Museum die Rauminstallation „What is behind that curtain“ der Frankfurter Künstlerin Cornelia F. Ch. Heier. Zu ihrer Arbeit schreibt sie: „Eine Rauminstallation und zugleich ein ‚Solitär‘ (..) Begehbar. Versteck, Maskerade, Schutz, Verbot, Verheißung, ewiges Enigma". Mit ihrer Ausstellung will die Künstlerin dazu animieren, Vorhänge ein wenig zur Seite zu nehmen und neugierig zu sein.

In the Rententurm, the Historisches Museum is showing the installation “What is behind that curtain” by Frankfurt artist Cornelia F. Ch. Heier. She writes about her work: "A spatial installation and at the same time a ‘solitaire’ (...) Accessible. Hiding place, masquerade, protection, prohibition, promise, eternal enigma". With her exhibition, the artist wants to encourage us to take the curtains aside a little and be curious.
