The Technique Development for Women Course will teach you the technical skills of mountain biking. It will help you to take steps to increase speed and control on flowy trails, as well over rough and rugged terrain.

This course builds upon our Base Skills course by further developing your understanding of basic skills as well as introducing you to new techniques.

The Mountain Bike Technique Development for Women course is designed for:

* Women who have a fair amount of experience riding narrow (<1m wide) trails
* More experienced riders who want to consolidate their skills, enabling them to unlock advanced techniques

This course includes 4 sessions:

Session 1: August 31
Session 2: September 14
Session 3: September 28
Session 4: October 12
