Join us for our 2nd club meeting of July!
Every second meeting we sit down and judge our Brew to Style Beers based on the BJCP with scoresheets, so for the 1st half of the meeting, John will be giving a talk on the BCJP, it's importance, and how to fill out a scoresheet.
For the second half of the meeting we will put to use the BJCP and judge our July Brew to Style Challenge Beer: 27A. Roggenbier!
The BJCP is not the only way to evaluate beer, but it is the one we currently use, so this might be a refresher for some members or it might be a new way to evaluate beer. Either way, come join us as we would love your feedback on how you evaluate beer or how you would like to!
