You'll learn postures and breathing techniques which will support you through pregnancy and birth and help in easing the aches and pains sometimes experienced by mums-to-be.

*Pregnancy yoga is suitable from 12 weeks, and you can safely practice until your baby arrives. The class is suitable for beginners.
