Join our fun and hands-on Pizza Dough Making Class, where you'll learn the art of crafting perfect pizza dough from scratch!

In the class you will learn:

The correct method on making dough by hand with the stretch and fold techniques.

Understand different flours, quantities, hydration and what yeast can do for your dough.

Make a very easy to keep and use Sourdough starter and an overnight Poolish & Biga pre-fermentation to use in your doughs for a stronger taste.

Ball and store techniques.

Correct stretch and fold techniques.

The best tomato sauce and various toppings.

Cooking techniques using a pizza oven, stone and frying pan technique

On the day you will make your own dough that you can take home with you and we will eat fresh pizza made in a pizza oven.

The cost is only $80.00 per person for the 3 hour duration. (Maybe a little longer to eat some pizza)
