Learning meditation early in life is immensely beneficial for mental health and well being.

In this class you will learn how to meditate and there will be an introduction to foundational Buddhist concepts:

- how to connect to a sense of inner peace
- how to identify with our astounding potential
- how to develop compassion and gratitude for the kindness of others
- how to let go of agitating states of mind like anger and jealousy

Classes include stories relevant to a child’s everyday experiences, a short, chanted prayer, crafts and snack time.

Children will be gently guided through relaxing meditations, giving them techniques to relax, connect, and develop concentration.

Sitting comfortably in chairs or on meditation cushions in the main meditation room, the whole family will enjoy this class.

No need to bring anything – come and enjoy.

Suitable for children aged 4 to 12 yrs.
