Rest & Restore Sound Bath Second Sundays

Join Angelica every 2nd Sunday as she guides you through an intentional meditation and sound journey designed to induce deep relaxation and stress reduction. Participants will be lying in savasana while Angelica fully immerses you with sound, frequency, and vibration utilizing Himalayan Bowls, 432 Hz Crystal Bowls, Gongs, Chimes, Tuning Forks, and many more!
