A Rainbow Warriors soundbath is a journey where time has no meaning.
An hour and a half to unplug, switch off and drift into deep relaxation and powerful healing. You will be carried by the healing sounds from ancient handmade Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, gong, shamanic drum, voice and other instruments.
I have been blessed to be able to run regular soundbaths for several years now and offer them on the second Sunday of the month, at the gorgeous Kiva and Zen studio in Topsham, opposite Darts Farm, behind Amos Lighting.
🎶 Mats, blankets and herbal tea are provided. Bring extra blankets, socks and a cushion if you would like.
Please arrive 5mins before we begin to allow yourself time to settle.
For maximum benefit please abstain from alcohol for at least 24 hours and eat as cleanly as possible.
