Fast and flat 5km route along the Colne River, where the course GPS route looks like a Dolphin! 🐬
Join to test your non-stop pace and keep a track of your 5k progress! All abilities and paces welcome.
📍 Meet at Meander Mews / Reed Walk for 7pm start.
We take a slow warm-up run to the end of the river path before beginning the route. The 'Dolphin' route will be explained to you as there are no-regrouping points. 🐬
Taking place fortnightly on Mondays at 7pm.
