Join Sarah to learn how you can develop a self-care mindset to help manage stress in your daily life. She will discuss the following:

**Participants will name at least two self care actions and identify at least two techniques to incorporate self care into their daily life.

**Participants will identify two types of stress and identify four symptoms of stress.

**Participants will recognize the role of judgement in our level of stress and demonstrate shifting judgement from negative to positive.

**Participants will identify three principles of a mindset of self care.

Sarah Jerde began her healthcare career working as a PA in various outpatient settings, including caring for geriatric patients with Active Aging Services. Her focus has shifted to health promotion and wellbeing, after observing the impact of chronic disease on people's lives. She is dually board certified as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) and Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).
