On Friday 3rd October, settle in for an evening of fine dining, with views across the sparkling waters of Falmouth Bay, towards our town’s crowning jewel, Pendennis Castle. Our Executive Chef, Nick Hodges, has expertly crafted and curated a tantalising tasting menu that will leave you delighted and inspired. Each course telling a story of Cornwall’s rich culinary heritage, using the finest locally sourced ingredients.

Take your seats at 6.30pm, before Nick takes your taste buds on a journey, with our intimate, coastal dining experience. Using produce fished, farmed, and foraged on our doorstep, dive fork-first into exceptional dishes that capture the soul of the south west. Nick will chat informally throughout the courses, sharing his top cooking tips and tricks for you to try at home. At £65 per person, enjoy front-row seats to Falmouth’s foodie scene in our newly renovated Castle View restaurant.
