Going within Silent Retreat

Come and join myself, Sarah and Deb as we go SILENT!
Our silent retreat is designed to allow you to go within without all the noise. During this day we will have a chakra meditation and workshop, forest walk, river meditation, sound bath, yoga and lunch is included. A journal and pen will also be provided for you to write down what comes up for you.
A yoga mat, blanket, pillows and water bottle are all that are required for you to bring.
You will be asked to hand in your phone and will receive it back at the end of the retreat (approximately 3pm). You will be provided a couple phone numbers to pass on to your loved ones should you need to be contacted.
