Serving Those who Serve Appreciation Breakfast

As part of the Great Week of Service, we are honored to host a special appreciation breakfast for law enforcement officers, first responders, and military service members—both active and retired.
Join us for a drop-in breakfast on Friday, August 8, from 7:30 to 9 a.m. in the Weddington Campus Youth Center. At 8:30 a.m., Michele Morano, Director of Union County Veterans Affairs, will share a brief presentation highlighting the needs of our local veterans and available support services. If you or a loved one has served in any of these roles, we invite you to come and be honored.
Volunteers are also needed to help serve breakfast and connect with guests as we express our heartfelt gratitude for their service.
Volunteers must be 10 or older. Youth must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
