The group meditation course means that you will be walking along the journey of self-discovery with other like minded people. As soon as you see the grounds at Ushaw Historic House you will automatically be able to breathe easier.

I will teach you how to harness the breath using specific techniques, teach you how to use the power of gratitude to change your perception, reach into your mind to refocus your thoughts & visualise to create a better future.

LEARN STEP BY STEP

There will be 4 x 75 MIN group sessions, as well as having access to a step by step course to follow in your own time. That way you will be able to put into practice what you have learnt, plus there's lots of other free tools on there for you to use.
