The sound sanctuary - a soundscape for deep relaxation & healing

Join me for a relaxing and soothing sound bath at the end of each month on a Wednesday 7:30-8:30pm.
A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are βbathedβ in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself. The sound waves of the instruments entrain your brain into a state of deep relaxation and change them from beta to alpha or theta state. Sometimes even Delta!
We work with the new moon energies to bring in intentions for the following couple of weeks - tuning into the cycle of the moon to aid and support us in our desires, dreams and life journeys.
Please where ultra comfy clothes, bring a pillow, blanket and a yoga/soft mat. I will bring mats but I always suggest doubling up for extra comfort. This will primarily be a passive session so all that is required of you is to lie down and listen to the soothing sounds :)
*Please also bring a bottle of water.
Benefits of a sound bath:
-Calming your body and mind
-Reduced stress and anxiety
-Increased focus and clarity
-Decreased tension and fatigue
-Better mood and reduced -negative thoughts and emotions
-Improved sleep
-Reduced muscle and joint pain
-Lower heart rate
-Relaxation
Please be aware that if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy, have sound induced epilepsy or severe mental health issues then sound baths are generally not recommended.
This will be a special rated session where you pay Β£12.
This session is part of a series of sessions that I have been offering at a discounted rate (I am using this session as my final assessment for my sound healing course that I have completed over the last year and will film this session).
