This 9 week series is a whole being journey suitable for all and supports movement, strength, energy and stillness. This is an integrated yoga practice to strengthen and optimise the body, but also work at the mastery of the mind incorporating fundamental elements of a yoga practice- asanas (poses) pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation.

The main emphasis of this class is supporting you to discover or rediscover "personal integration," this is when we are centered, contented, and able to see people and events in life as they are. In this state, people are most able to make decisions and take actions that are clear and positive. This class is to support you to cultivate this state of balance and integration.

Rachel will take into consideration injuries, chronic conditions, and other factors such as the weather, season and time of day. This consideration will determine the pace and content of the class.

Cost:
$175 for 10 class pass (valid for 6 months)
$145 for 8 class term pass (valid for 3 months)
$20 drop in
