After completing her studies at Musashino Music Academy in Tokyo, she continued her journey at Shorter College in Georgia, earning a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance with honors. Her passion for jazz took root under the guidance of composer and Ritz-Carlton pianist Dan Lawrence, shaping her expressive and improvisational style.
