Diego and Alejandra teach beginning tango and intermediate tango

Join us for beginning tango or intermediate tango dance classes with Diego Lanau and Alejandra Saravia, Wednesdays in August! Tango is an improvisational dance based on connection and communication. The class focuses on the structure of tango and on lead-follow technique.

These classes are taught using the terms “leaders” and “followers,” and are inclusive to queer, trans, and non-binary people. No partner necessary.

6:45-7:00 pm: check-in
7:00-8:00 pm beginning tango
8:00-8:30 pm practica
8:30-9:30 pm intermediate tango
9:30-10:00 pm practica

The practicas are included with the classes. Stay, dance, and ask questions! Beginners are welcome to watch the intermediate class. If you decide to participate in both the beginner and intermediate class, please pay for both classes.

We encourage everyone to sign up for all four classes.

$80 general admission (four classes, beg. or int)
$25 general admission (single class, beg. or int)
$15 student with ID (single class, beg. or int)
We accept cash and venmo at the door.
