We all deserve a moment of self care. My heart and mind need a rest from worry. I need to take a deep breath in and let it out in a big exhale while shaking everything on the dance floor like a wet dog on a hot day. It is summer and in this perfect moment of time let's celebrate the shining sun, the rhythm of our heart beats and each other.
