Olympian, breath coach and counsellor Anna-Liza shares her deeply inspiring talk on how breath became her anchor—both on the world stage and through life’s inner challenges. Learn how to harness your own breath to calm, energise and transform your experience from the inside out.
🌀 The Pause That Heals – with Amanda Cremonini
A deeply calming group hypnosis for women who are tired of running on empty. Amanda invites you to rest without guilt, to untangle your worth from your to-do list, and reconnect with the woman beneath the roles. You are already enough.
🌙 Yoga Nidra & Journaling – with Kirsty Hagen of Essential Earthing
Sink into a state of true nervous system rest through Yoga Nidra—also known as yogic sleep—followed by reflective journaling to integrate your experience. No effort, no expectations—just restoration, clarity, and calm.
