Running 40 for 40 to Benefit Charlottesville Free Clinic

On August 2nd, I will be running 40 miles in anticipation of my 40th birthday to raise funds for the Charlottesville Free Clinic. Their mission is to provide free medical and dental care as well as free prescriptions to uninsured and under-insured adults in the Charlottesville Community. If you are able, then please donate directly on their website ( https://www.cvillefreeclinic.org/) and make sure to note "40 for 40" so that they know you are participating in this event.

If you want to run with me, then I will be starting from in front of the UVA rotunda at 2 AM on 8/2 and plan to return at the top of every hour to pick up new running buddies through to the final miles. The after party is at Random Row Brewing starting at 1 PM where they will also be donating $1 per beverage purchased to the Charlottesville Free Clinic.
