Workshop with SENSEI ADEL

Sensei Adel 6th Dan, will be teaching a special workshop on Sunday 27th July, 5–7pm, at Oxford City Shotokan Karate Club.

The session will focus on posture, form, and technical detail. We're keeping the group small to allow for individual feedback to help each student improve.
This workshop is open to JKAE brown belts and above.
