Come test your strength and grit as you tackle the DEKA Atlas!
The Deka Atlas workout consists of 10 zones, each with a specific exercise and weight requirement. The zones are:
Zone 1: Barbell Thrusters (20 reps)
Zone 2: Burpee Over Bar (20 reps)
Zone 3: Surrender Lunges (20 reps)
Zone 4: Single Arm Dumbbell Ground to Overhead (20 reps)
Zone 5: Dumbbell Bear Crawl (40 meters)
Zone 6: Sit-Ups (20 reps)
Zone 7: Farmer's Carry (60 meters)
Zone 8: Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead Press (20 reps)
Zone 9: Jump Rope Single Under (100 reps)
Zone 10: Atlas Shoulder to Carry (100 meters)
For those not wanting to do the Atlas, we will also offer the DEKA Strong option! Stay turned for more details and the official DEKA sign up link!
Finishers will receive a finisher tee, medal and certificate!
