Woodshop Safety and Basic Use Class

If you want to start working with the wood shop at MAKE SOUTH BEND, this is a prerequisite course. In the class, you'll be introduced to the different wood working tools and equipment in our shop and how to use them safely. Then, you'll be all set to start your own projects using our table saw, scroll saw, drill press, compound miter saw, and more. Instruction on the wood lathe is not covered in the basic class.
