Living Authentically : Health, Longevity and Wellness Practices from the Daoist and Chinese Medical Tradition :
This series of 9 classes will be an introduction to some of the foundational concepts and practices from the Daoist and Chinese medical traditions. The classes will cover topics such as Qi Gong energy work, breathing exercises, diet, Chinese herbs, meditation, cultivation of mind, body, spirit, and Chinese medical and Daoist classic books. The class is intended for beginners and no prior knowledge of Chinese medicine is required.
