Join me and a park naturalist for a relaxing and stimulating morning, incorporating beginner yoga/stretching on a lovely, groomed meadow trail. We will incorporate ways to integrate yoga into your walk without needing a mat or props while identifying wildflowers, flora, and fauna. Walking can be a mindful and meditative practice. It's a beautiful way to get outside, move your body, and connect with nature on a deeper level. Rain Cancels. This is a very easy and wide trail with no elevation gain. Meet at the demonstration garden by the big butterflies just above the parking lot.
