Hot 26 is where discipline meets heat—an intentional, grounding practice designed to strengthen the body and sharpen the mind. Unlike flowing styles, this class invites you to pause, to commit, and to deepen.

What to Expect:

Hot 26 follows a precise sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. Each posture is performed twice, with time to refine alignment and build mental and physical stamina. The consistent structure allows you to measure progress over time and drop deeper into presence. The heat supports safe stretching, deep detox, and focused effort.

This is a powerful counterbalance to movement-heavy classes—a steady, challenging, and deeply centering experience.

This class will be heated around 105 degrees with at least 40% humidity.
