Ready to jump-start your career as a pastry chef? This program is designed to help you quickly develop your professional pastry skills. Lear about artisan breads, laminated doughs and vienoisseries, advanced chocolate and confiseries work, wedding and special occasion cakes, entrements and restaurant-style desserts - all with hands-on, repetitions in our state-of-the-art kitchen labs.
Classes start August 25th, and our Pastry and Baking program only takes new students once a year. Want to learn how you can be in our Fall of 2025 class? Join us for an on-campus information session at Saint Paul College!
