Come and join me and celebrate the launch of my second book, Power Couples of the Tudor Era, at the beautiful Angel Bar in Caversham. Here's everything you need to know:
It's free to come along, 10am-4pm
It will be held at the stunning Angel Bar in Caversham, near Reading, Berks
I'll be signing books - local bookshop Fourbears Books are dealing with book sales in advance and on the day - book yours in advance with Alex to avoid disappointment. Add a note to your order to specify you're ordering for the event and select Pickup.
There will be Tudor-themed nibbles along with special Tudor cocktails and mocktails available to buy, created by the Angel Bar team
Lisa from After Elizabeth and Amy from Two Lost Birds will be modelling authentic reconstructions of Tudor gowns - Lisa is a historic dressmaker and has worked in film and TV as well as at Hampton Court Palace.
