Co-founder of Indigo Yoga & Pilates, Kelly is a force of nature as both a Yoga and Pilates instructor. Kelly’s unique approach blends yoga asana with traditional Pilates repertoire, offering a rich, holistic practice. Inez
An indigenous healer specializing in sound healing and holistic practices, Inez brings a deep wisdom and gentle guidance to the retreat. Through her healing sessions, participants experience profound relaxation, energetic balance, and connection to ancestral traditions that support wellbeing in mind, body, and spirit.
