Lunch and Learn with John Gurner

Grab a brown bag lunch and join us for a Lunch and Learn with John Gurner, Site Historian for Fort Toulouse-Fort Jackson. John will be discussing "Trading for Victory: Fort Toulouse and the use of Trade Goods to dominate the Alabama Frontier" - a talk about French relations with the local tribal towns and how trade and diplomacy was used by both sides to advance their respective goals.

Following the discussion, stay and explore our current exhibit, "Commerce, Connection, and Culture".
