Join us in the "Upstairs Studio" for the weekly Utopia Practica ($10). Musical inspiration this week by DJ John Singletary. John Singletary has been dancing and sharing his passion for tango in his native Durham, North Carolina, since 2006. Organizing local events for over 10 years in the Research Triangle, John found his appreciation of traditional tango music expressed in its original recordings as well as modern orquestas. From hosting house milongas to DJing hundreds of weekly practicas over the years, John loves showcasing classic and contemporary tandas and looks to fill the pista from the first to the ultima.
