INTRO to ROPES & CHAIRS

You do not have to have worked with YOGA ROPES before but we would like you to have at least 6 months of yoga experience..

Using 2 Key Yoga Props - The Rope Wall & The Yoga Chair to intensify and awaken our awareness of traditional yoga postures.

We will work on STANDINGS, TWISTS, BACKBENDS, INVERSIONS and FORWARD BENDS with a nice RELAXATION segment at the end.

You will leave feeling taller, more open, be able to breathe better and have an incredible sense of calm from releasing tension from 'every' part of your body.

The class will finish with s CLASSICAL RESTORATIVE section lasting 20/30 mins
