This leadership professional development is a 3-part series which aims to support leaders and aspiring leaders to strengthen their leadership through critical reflection and self-awareness.
+ Workshop 1 – Exploring the personal and professional leader, (Understanding oneself and the influences on your leadership)
+ Workshop 2 – Making connections between your values and actions through critical reflection, (Making sense of your attitudes, beliefs and values and why that is important).
+ Workshop 3 – Making your leadership intentional through your values-based actions and self-awareness, (Strengthening your leadership to enhance positive outcomes for your team).
This leadership professional development is suitable for early career leaders or aspiring leaders from a range of leadership contexts.
On completion of this professional development:
