Dear friends,

the original idea of practicing Yoga (re-union) exercises was to re-establish our inner connection with the inner Self through conscious movements and postures, harmonise the energies within the body and to calm the mind so we can experience more peace and well-being in our daily lives.
If this is something that you would like to dedicate some time towards, then this course could be for you.
All practices are very simple, yet effective and you don't have to be young and supple to practice. All that is necessary is a desire to be well and happy.
